Sure, we've all heard it. Where do you get your protein?? Most of us know there's plenty of good nutrients to be had in vegan cooking. For the prompt today, the Vegan Mofo team wanted us to write about a nutrient. So, I picked the one we get asked about the most: protein.

Really, it doesn't look like we vegans are at risk of withering away anytime soon. There are an incredible amount of plant based dishes that will give you your nutritional requirements. Plus, they're SO tasty!
