VEGAN MOFO: Something Blue-berry!

I'm not sure if this is blue or purple, but blueberries are one of my favorite fruits!  I put them in my breakfast smoothie pretty much every day, so here's a quick VEGAN MOFO post about my favorite blue food!

BLUEberry Breakfast Smoothie


  • 1 scoop Vega Greens and Protein Powder
  • 2 dates, soaked in water for 15 minutes
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs maca powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
Put in a blender and mix!
