What I Ate Wednesday


I haven't given a daily food recap in awhile, so I thought I would give it a go!



Breakfast:

Fig Smoothie

  • 1/2 c halved figs
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vega protein powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • ice and water to blend
Blend and enjoy!




Lunch was a wrap filled with tofu slices, sriracha, and veggies.  On the side, I had a salad of cooked quinoa and fresh summer vegetables.


Mid-afternoon, I had a snack of grapes.  I have been digging grapes so much this summer.



For dinner, I had leftover veggie pizza from the weekend topped with some vegan ranch.  Have you guys tried this stuff?

  1. i absolutely love Just Mayo, and i cannot wait to try the Just Ranch. I bet it is a game changer! Well, so far this Wednesday it's been breakfast type stuff all day!

  2. That wrap looks so good right now! I found a bottle of Just Ranch on clearance at Kroger, and I only bought one. And I'm so sad about it because it's almost gone and I can't find it anywhere now. :-( I need more!
