Mobile Food Coming to North Little Rock
For some reason, the city of North Little Rock has had restrictions on mobile dining. While the food truck scene has exploded across the river, none of that activity has crossed over, until now. Recently, they lifted their food truck restrictions, and I headed down to Argenta to check out the action.
Josh and I headed down to the Legends in Argenta event, which is a fundraiser for Legends of Arkansas in September. I was specifically there to check out and shoot some pictures for Agrilla the Bun, which I'll tell you about soon.
This mobile food truck has amazing vegan options, and speaking of which, the all vegan Solfood Catering were at the event as well!
I love the ladies of Solfood! I was pretty stuffed from eating over at Agrilla, but I had to snag a chick'n biscuit to take home for breakfast. It was insanely good!
They make their chick'n from scratch, and it's so tasty. I haven't had anything like this in a long time. I warmed it up in the oven, then put some pepper jelly on it and was in heaven.
Solfood has been catering tons of events around the city lately, so check out their facebook page so you don't miss out!
It's really great that the food truck scene is coming to North Little Rock, and with it are tons of great vegan options. Plant based cuisine is booming in Central Arkansas!
Have you ever had a vegan chick'n biscuit? Does your city allow food trucks? Leave me a comment!
