Scribbly Brain: Yoga Veggies

I know I have a sketch blog, Scribbly Brain, where I dump most of my sketch work and paintings, but I thought you guys would like these new paintings I did for my sister's birthday.  I really like the marriage between vegetables and yoga, and I hope to do more paintings and digital work.

So, this post isn't very wordy, but I wanted you to see my process on these pieces.

First, you need a buddy that will keep you company while you're working.

This carrot is very happy.

Wine also helps with painting.

I like doing painting on multiple canvases.  My sister can arrange them however she likes.

I think it would be fun to do an entire series.  Maybe paint some beets in crow pose?

I think it would be really fun to do a children's book on healthy eating.  Maybe some how I can work these into a project like that.

Anyway, there you have it.  I hope you enjoyed seeing a few of my art pieces.  I hope to include more things like that on here, especially when they pertain to healthy living.

Got any veggie/yoga ideas?  Would you like to see more art on here, or should I keep that on my other blog?  Please, let me know by leaving me a comment!

  1. You are so talented! I especially love the asparagus in upward dog! They are so cheery. I would love to see more art on this blog. And as usual, Basil is adorable. She looks like she wants to be a model herself!
