Hearty Vegan Fall Recipes

It's cold in Arkansas!  Our temperatures have been dipping in the 20's at night and not getting above the 40's in the day.  This is the kind of weather we usually get around February, not November.  So, what is one to do when the chill sets in...make some hearty food!

When I think about hearty fall and winter recipes, I think about cooking big pots of veggies on the stove.  I also think about hearty salads and great breakfasts.  So, here are some healthy, veggie filled recipes to warm you up and keep you going throughout the day.

    1. Good job on the run! That's pretty impressive, because it was seriously cold this morning. You're going to do great at the half marathon!!! I'm glad you liked the smoothie! It's definitely the time of year to load up on citrus.
