Vegan Beauty Essentials Kit

Recently, I because a Vegan Cuts Ambassador, because I think they are really promoting some great vegan products and trying to make the lifestyle more accessible to everyone.  I have been eyeing their beauty box for a long time, but since my lovely girlfriends got me a Birchbox for my birthday, I haven't snagged one yet.  When I saw that they were offering a one time, Vegan Beauty Essentials Kit, I immediately ordered one.

It came a few days later, and I was excited to check out all the goodies!  When I opened the box, I immediately smelled a lovely, lemon scent.  The soap smells so incredibly good!  The box was full of all sorts of exciting things.

I have been eyeing this makeup bag for a long time.  I think it will hold all of my makeup just great!

This hand lotion has been sitting on my desk for a week, and since it has been so cold outside, I have been using it constantly.  The scent is clean and not over powering, and my hands feel great.  This lotion does not leave any residue at all.

I did not think this product would be good for me, since I have pretty heavy, coarse hair.  Surprisingly, though, it did wonders!

I sprayed my hair with it wet and let it air dry like I usually do, and my hair had a nice beach tangle look all day.  It didn't leave my hair feeling heavy, which so many products do.

I am not a huge fan of liquid perfume, but this is a really clean, neutral scent.  There is a lot here, too, so I'd imagine this will last me awhile.  I was definitely pleasantly surprised with the smell and will use it often.

I have not had a chance to try out this cute little guy.  I've been on the search for a good, organic deodorant for a long time.  I recently gave the Arbonne one a try, and the smell was really strong, and it burned going on.  My skin is super sensitive, so I didn't like that.  I am keeping this at my desk to use on hot days after a lunch walk.

Black soap!  Who knew?!  I added this to my bath, and the shea butter and oils made my skin super smooth.  It smelled really nice, too.

I have not had anywhere awesome enough to rock this bright pink eye shadow.  (maybe awesome enough for the office?!)  So, I'll give you a photo when I give it a go.

I am in love with this polish.  It's so sparkly and pretty.  I definitely saw this as a huge bonus in the box.  If you know me, you know I'm a sucker for nail polish.

I have been applying this stuff with a lip brush every morning, and it's been keeping my lips protected against the cold wind.  The color is really nice, too.

One can never have too many vegan lip balms, right?

Hello, beautiful smelling soap.  This was the origin of the amazing smells when I opened my box.  I put this in a soap dish for all my marathon-er guests this weekend.  My bathroom still smells amazing.

I have been using this a little bit every night.  It's very hard for me to find a product that my skin really likes, but it's seeming to do well with this moisturizer.

This is one product that I had a pretty big fail with.  The morning of the marathon, I went to the bathroom and slathered a bunch of this on my face, which immediately turned white, as I could not rub it in.  I was kind of in a rush, so I ended up having to wipe most of it off.  Would be great on your body maybe in super bright sun, but I'm keeping it off my face.

Here's another shot of the cute little bag full of goodies.

If you want to snag one for yourself, you can find them at Vegan Cuts.

** I purchased the Vegan Beauty Essentials Kit on my own and the opinions are mine.  As a Vegan Cuts Ambassador, I get a commission on purchases directed from my site.

I'd love to hear from you!
