Arbonne Detox Day 3, Crock Pot Soup

Day 3 and I'm going strong!  Today, I really fell in love with the nutribullet.  That is making lunches way easier!  I started the morning off with protein powder, blueberries, water and spinach.  It was delicious!

Breakfast was awesome, and mid-morning I had a lemon chew and some herbal tea.  These fizzy drinks are 100% of your B12 for the day, and I will tell you, they get me going!  I had another one before lunch.  Yum!

Lunch was awesome, too.  Same as yesterday, but I added ice this time.  It was delicious!

I was pretty hungry by 2, so I tore into my almonds.  I kept adding more hot water to my tea and sipped on that into the afternoon, too.  Before yoga, I grabbed another chew.

Tonight was the last night my lunar yoga is teaching before she goes on maternity leave, which I found out when I got there.  I was happy to catch the class, because she is amazing.

Before I left for work this morning, I started soup in the crock pot.  I cut the veggies last night, so all I had to do this morning was pour in veggie stock and the beans.  When I got home, the house smelled amazing and dinner was ready.  Why don't I do this more often?!

Clean Crock Pot Soup

1 large yellow onion, chopped
1 tbs fresh ginger, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup wild rice
1 green bell pepper, de-seeded and chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
4 large carrots, chopped
3 cups kale, rough chopped
3 cups organic vegetable stock
1 can organic white beans
Fill to the top of veggies with water

  • Add everything to crock pot, put on low, leave it for 8 hours.  Easy peasy.

I didn't add any seasoning, salt or pepper to the dish.  I wanted to see how much I would enjoy the dish with just simple flavors.  The soup was delicious and filling, and I didn't think it needed anything else.  You may want to add seasoning as you see fit.

  1. Man, I love those chews. My friend used to sell Arbonne and I bought some years ago. I'd keep them on my desk for when I was feeling peckish. Good stuff! Also, that soup looks awesome and wholesome!

    1. i am warming up to them. I tend to not like chewy things. I am loving all the other arbonne stuff, though!

  2. you're running a blender at your desk? my coworkers would kill me!

  3. How many servings is this recipe good for? I'm starting the Arbonne 30-day challenge this week and want to cook 2 massive meals Sundays and just have the same dinner and lunch throughout the week (or at least most of it)

I'd love to hear from you!
