Vegan Christmas Menu

Picture from Veggiebelly.com
This year is my first Christmas with Josh's family, and I want to share my veggie food with them.  So, I've come up with a menu that isn't too weird and will sure to be delicious!  I have been squirreling away recipes all year on my Vegan Holiday Pinterest Board, and I've finally narrowed everything down to what I'm going to make.

MAIN DISH

Vegan Wellington
Go-To Gravy

I am going to modify this slightly, because I don't think Josh's family will be too wild on seitan.  I'm going to make a base of carrots, celery and onions, then the center will be big, roasted portabello mushrooms, then I will top that with sage lentils and roll it up.  I think it will be great.

SIDE DISHES

Curry Broccoli
Sweet Potato Casserole
Olive Oil Garlic Biscuits
Sweet Potato and Spinach Salad (making up)

DESSERTS

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Peanut BETTER balls

I will be trying to post during the holidays, but I'll be giving big recaps after as well.  I'll also be sharing some of the recipes I'm looking at for the Arbonne detox in January.

What are you making for the Holidays?  Do you have people in your family that are unfamiliar with vegan food?
