A Day in Pictures


You ever have one of those days where you are just exhausted?  Of course, everyone does.  I have been on the road and in meetings all day, and I'm just going to let the pictures speak for themselves.  I'm off to dust things.

Breakfast



Calories: 220, Carbs: 20 g, Protein: 11 g

Lunch



Calories: 360, Carbs: 48 g, Protein: 12 g

Dinner

I was so hungry when I got home from all day meetings.  I whipped up dinner, then had some toast, aaaand a hand full of vegan chocolate chips.  Whoops.  I don't need to let myself get that hungry.






Calories: 636, Carbs: 73 g, Protein: 23 g

Total for the Day
Calories: 1216, Carbs: 141 g, Protein: 48 g

done and done!  night!

  1. Looks like a good day of food! What's in your breakfast bowl? I feel like breakfast is my hardest meal. I eat the same things over and over again, so I'm always looking for new ideas and that bowl looks good!

    1. That is low carb tofu scramble: tofu, zucchini, onions, broccoli, spices, then it's COVERED in nutritional yeast. yum!
