Double Workout!

Since I am a little behind on posting, and I just wrote up a recap of our Petit Jean Cabin Getaway, I'll keep this post short.  I have been feeling pretty down on myself lately for over eating, and today I tried to keep my food intake to a healthy level and work out.





Tonight's dinner was spinach, quinoa salad and a vegan Bocca burger.  I also made it to Hot Yoga and did couch to 5k!  Yay!  Now, if I can just keep this up :)

Total Calories for the Day: 1304
Total Carbs: 140 g
Total Protein: 61 g
Workouts:  Hot Yoga and Walking/Jogging 30 min.

On a side note:  I am looking at getting a DSLR camera in the next 6 months or so.  I am currently looking at a Nikon D5000 or a Canon Rebel T3i.  I would be happy for feedback, recommendations, etc.  I don't know much about cameras, so I would also enroll in a class at the Arkansas Arts Center on DSLR shooting.  Any comments/thoughts would be much appreciated!
