Learning to Make Mistakes

The past few days have been REALLY trying for me.  After my test, I had a series of construction related problems that have just left me feeling really down.  Everything was fixable; it is just difficult for me to accept that I don't know everything.  I know this is a trait that I need to work on.

Today was pretty plain eating.  I've been having the same breakfast all week.  We had trios for lunch, and it's hard to find anything other than a veggie sandwich.  Josh went to the dentist, so I picked up a smoothie for him for dinner.  I got myself one, but it was so sweet I only drank about 1/4 of it.  I had their hawaiin salad with beyond meat.  Yum!

Letting Go

In lunar yoga tonight, my teacher focused the class on heart openers.  With every pose, I tried to let go of my expectations to be perfect and accept that I make mistakes.  I started thinking about what I could have done wrong on my test a lot, and by the end of the class I was almost in tears.  I have heard people talking about yoga releasing deep emotions for people, but I had never experienced it.  Has anyone had a similar experience in class?

  1. First, IWC increased Rolex Replica Watches UK the diameter of the case from 44 to 46 mm, which automatically Replica Watches UK affected the diameter of the sapphire crystal as well. Then, IWC added the new bezel system, which Rolex Replica UK not only meant that the dive scale would be covered by the crystal, but – as you might have figured out by now — also meant the crystal had to be substantially larger than what one would normally want

I'd love to hear from you!
