Today was a good day, once again.  I'm really starting to hit my stride with healthy eating and yoga.  I feel so strong in my poses, and my body is responding really well to all this wonderful food.  Days like this are the ones I really have to remember when I'm feeling down or defeated.  Whatever the scale says, whatever my head says, I'm moving in the right direction for the first time in years.  I have been trying to lose weight, it would seem, for my entire life.  I don't know if I've ever done with such a focus on health.  I've always just tried to lose weight as fast as possible, and I just keep getting heavier.  I am now approaching how I treat my body with nothing but love.

Calories today were around 1300.  I always feel like I could have eaten less, because plant food is filling when you do it right, but I want to keep myself fueled and happy.

Thanks for sticking with me and reading my stories.  I know it's only week 2 of this blog, but I feel very positive about the way it's going.  :)
